Just days after\u00a0Ariel Pink<\/a>\u2019s fridge hit the marketplace, Glenn Danzig put his own up for sale\u00a0this week\u00a0after leaving it outside his home.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Danzig<\/a> frontman left his personal refrigerator outside his property in Los Feliz, California this week, and left a listing for it on\u00a0Craigslist<\/a>, complete with a mysterious blurb that explains that the item is adorned with stickers relating to both Danzig and the singer\u2019s\u00a0previous\u00a0band\u00a0Misfits<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s disgusting inside I opened it,\u201d reads the description. \u201cSome collector would love this. It\u2019s funny but it is not a joke. Just go get this thing and throw it in your van or whatever. Get it before the city truck gets it!\u201d<\/p>\n

The fridge was\u00a0reportedly\u00a0snapped\u00a0up by somebody the day after the post went online, although it is unclear whether a fan was able to get their hands on it or if it was removed by the authorities.<\/p>\n\n

It comes less than a fortnight after another rock star fridge made headlines when Ariel Pink placed\u00a0his\u00a0on\u00a0eBay<\/a>\u00a0for $420.69 (\u00a3316.44).\u00a0The listing appeared to suggest that the refrigerator had passed into new hands before being put on sale and was only\u00a0available for local pickup in Sun Valley, California.<\/p>\n

Both Danzig and Pink have found themselves in political hot water in recent years. Danzig\u00a0was criticised for using a Nazi-associated symbol in his band\u2019s merchandise in March<\/a>. The T-shirts and posters included an image that the Anti-Defamation League identified as \u201cone of a number of ancient European symbols appropriated by the Nazis in their attempt to invent an idealised \u2018Aryan\/Norse\u2019 heritage\u201d.<\/p>\n

In 2021,\u00a0Danzig claimed that another \u201cpunk explosion\u201d wouldn\u2019t happen because of \u201ccancel culture and woke bullshit\u201d<\/a>. He also recalled at the time how the group \u201cwould do things just to piss people off\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re lucky it happened when it did, because [a punk explosion will] never happen again\u201d he said. \u201cYou\u00a0won\u2019t\u00a0have any of those kinds of bands ever again. Everyone\u2019s so\u00a0uptight\u00a0and PC,\u00a0it\u2019s\u00a0just like, \u2018OK, whatever\u2019.\u201d<\/p>\n

As for Pink,\u00a0he and musician John Maus attended a Donald Trump rally in Washington Dc in January 2021<\/a>, which later descended into the storming of the US Capitol.\u00a0He was later dropped by his label Mexican Summer<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0accused of physical and sexual abuse, which he denied.<\/p>\n

He has since appeared on Tucker Carlson\u2019s shows<\/a>\u00a0to complain about \u201ccancel culture\u201d and\u00a0to promote a Christmas song that\u00a0appeared to be\u00a0about Hunter Biden<\/a>.<\/p>\n
